At CNSRRD, we are committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to assist with a hassle-free returns and exchange process.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

How to Initiate a Return

- Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item(s) and the return address.
- Shipping: Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [X] business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [email protected] with details, and we will guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges & Returns for International Orders
For international orders, please note that return shipping fees may vary depending on your location. Additionally, international returns may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
